That’s why I’m offering a one-off space to pause, reflect, and reset.

Your Summer Mental Health MOT is a structured 90-minute session to help you take stock of where you are — emotionally, mentally, and practically — and begin to reconnect with what you need next.

It’s ideal if you’re feeling overwhelmed, depleted, stretched too thin, or simply want space to breathe.

This isn’t a substitute for ongoing therapy — but it is an invitation.

To begin building a plan that fits your life, at your own pace.
